First of all, hello, everyone 🙂
Secondly, I love food. I love writing about food, taking pictures of exotic and no so much dishes, and, surely, I love eating food. I was visiting my friend a few months ago and she cooked Banitsa for me. I loved it instantly. Banitsa is “a traditional Bulgarian food prepared by layering a mixture of whisked eggs and pieces of cheese between filo pastry and then baking it in an oven”.
Well, right now I am in Bulgaria and I had to try Banitsa here. Personally, I liked home made Banitsa better. It’s got cheesier filling and filo pastry is really, really thin.
Second post about food… I might be hungry 🙂
