Igo My Way

Sofia. Pt 4

When I and my friends came to Sofia, the very first thing we did (after check-in the hostel) was… going out to eat! We decided to try traditional Bulgarian cuisine. So, we went to ‘Pri Yafata‘, a folk-style restaurant, situated in an extraordinarily beautiful and impressive three-story house. That was a beautiful place! Just imagine yourself eating delicious food in the national Bulgarian interior while a Bulgarian folk song is playing on the background! Unforgettable experience.

Sweet shop

I am sure almost everybody’s been to a sweet shop. All those fantastic sweets like M&Ms, Jelly Beans, chocolate bars, brownies, Minstrels, Maltesers, Haribo’s, Galaxy, Cream egg, Love hearts, Cola Bottles, Flying Saucers, Cola Wands, Toffee sweets, Caramel, Candy canes, Muffins, Cupcakes… And what about cakes? Well, yesterday I went to a Bulgarian sweet shop with my friends. It’s the sweetest place in the world. 🙂 That sweet shop’s got mostly cakes. Wonderfully decorated, delicious, creamy cakes. Even eclairs don’t taste like eclairs we are used too. The cream inside of them has got such a rich and delicate flavor that you are on cloud nine every time you eat them. My friends bought some delicious eclairs and I got a piece of chocolate cake. I took some pictures in the sweet shop. Hope you enjoy them 🙂

Delicious breakfast

Good morning, everyone! How is it going?

Today for breakfast I went to the nearest cafe (yeah, I’m lazy). It’s called Prego. Well, I’ve been there before, but I’ve never been there for breakfast. Today I got Cappuccino and delicious French Baguette with Prosciutto.

It had a layer of tomatoes with melted cheese on it and a prosciutto on top. Prosciutto is an Italian “dry-cured ham that is usually thinly sliced and served uncooked”.

A must have. Perfect breakfast to begin a wonderful day 🙂 Find and try French Baguette with Prosciutto in one of the cafes in your city. I wanna know how you like it.

Have a beautiful day!
